1. OLD Site: Update site/db to allow for the next 10 years (Currently ends 2010)

MOST URGENT:

1.  All of the "league pages -> standings" are showing errors connecting to the DB.  - Fix and Test!
2.  Remove "Old" news from main page..utilize "archive" link
3.  Remove batting cage box
4.  Main page - News items - need to have multiple news items listed on page...utilize the "Old News and Batting Cage" boxes space.
5.  Urgent news - Fix and test, and allow for multiple items
6.  Remove TOP link menu, use only LEFT Side Menu box
7.  Admin -> News section not working properly (add & edit) - Fix and Test
8.  Change "Leagues" to -> "House Leagues"
9.  Add "Travel/Tourney"page & menu link
10. Standings - Include Ties (use "hockey" method)
11. Sponsors Page - Phone numbers getting chopped off - fix and test
12. Contact - List board members:  Title - Name (Name should be an active mailto link to their richfieldsoftball.org email, if avail.)
13. Email links - Update so that they are not pure (bot readable) links - use javascript trick
14. Calendar - Multiple items/activities per single day...how will this look/group? What details will be provided
15. Need option to print schedules by league (want ability to print the entire T-Ball season scheudle alone, with dates, times, fields teams playing)


SOON:

1.  Sponsors Page - Make company name active link to their webpage if available, remove seperate line for URL
2.  Order Sponsor list - alphabetized
3.  Sponsors Scroll at bottom of page - names should link to their website if available
4.  "Media" menu link changed to "Photos"
5.  Sponsor page remove unused labels for website/email
6.  Resources changed to Maps
7.  Place the RGSA Corporate Non-profit status link in "Documents"
8.  Sync up any updates/changes that were made to OLD website...into/onto new website!


LATER:

1.  Link to the NEW photo gallery page @ richfieldsoftball.org/gallery2 
2.  Rosters w/ Names? -> Board needs to make decision on this first
3.  Photos on main page...cycle through some from gallery.
